Our Commercial Real Estate team delivers comprehensive transactional services, including the completion of purchases, sales, and mortgages; from the transaction structuring stage through to closing and development matters.  We also provide services encompassing such diverse matters as due diligence, resolving title issues, and negotiating a wide-variety of land-related agreements.

We are skilled at navigating the nuances of various types of real property, including shopping centres, office buildings, retail buildings, multi-unit residential buildings, industrial land, commercial condominiums, mixed-use projects and places of worship, as well as vacant land.

In an industry where time is always of the essence, we are well-known for guiding our clients through the complexities that can arise when dealing with real property transactions with our client's success as our top priority.
