Jack’s practice focuses on commercial leasing transactions, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on retail, office, and industrial leases and all related documentation. Jack also has experience drafting and reviewing construction and design agreements (including bespoke construction agreements and supplementary conditions to CCDC forms). His approach to the practice of law is pragmatic and business oriented.
Jack joined the firm as an associate after working with Daoust Vukovich LLP as both an articling student and a summer student. Jack was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2020.
Jack obtained his JD at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and, prior to attending law school, obtained his Honours Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) in English from the University of Toronto. Throughout law school, he contributed to Windsor Law’s student-run law journal, the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues, acting as Executive Articles Editor in his third year.
