Associate | Commercial Litigation

Kristina is an associate in the litigation group. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation matters, including commercial leasing, contractual disputes, construction disputes, real estate, and debt collection. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and various tribunals.

Kristina received a J.D. and LL.L from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017. Prior to joining Daoust Vukovich, Kristina summered and articled at an international full-service law firm in Ottawa and practiced commercial and civil litigation at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto. Kristina also holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Political Science, and is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations and the Advocates Society.
